At Rythmaris, every product is made on demand. This means each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.
Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Because our products are made on demand, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or unwanted items.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be eligible for a replacement, subject to review and approval.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: suporte@rythmaris.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing your request, we will inform you if the case is eligible for a replacement.
If approved, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps. Replacement eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
As each product is made on demand, we cannot exchange items due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement may be provided if the request is approved.
Non-refundable items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Used or worn items
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
Because our products are made on demand, items without defects are not eligible for refund.
European Union 14-day cancellation period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights under applicable law.
However, as Rythmaris products are made on demand, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by law.
If a return request is accepted, the item must be:
- New, unused, and without signs of wear
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved eligible cases may result in a replacement instead of a refund.
Shipping issues
Rythmaris is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Unclaimed packages
- Carrier delays outside our control
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, additional shipping fees may apply.
